Orders, returns and delivery
There's a problem with my order.
If something we’ve sent you is faulty, missing or incorrect, we’d like to fix that for you. Please contact us via the customer service form.
You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to let us know that the order is not correct or is faulty. If Big Potato hear from you within this time frame you will be eligible for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us within 14 days. Any items must still be in the same condition in which they were received.

Which countries do you ship to?

Do you accept returns?
If you’d like to return your order because you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us at hello@jumbalup.com or hello@hillcrestgames.com
You then have another 14 days to return your order for a refund. Your order must be unopened and undamaged to be eligible for a full refund.

You are responsible for paying for postage when returning an item and we recommend using recorded delivery because it is the safest way. Unfortunately we cannot give a refund for any returns that go missing if they have not been sent recorded delivery. Please keep your tracking information and/or proof of purchase in case you need it.
You are responsible for making sure the game comes back to us in new, unopened and undamaged condition.
Hillcrest Games retain the right to refuse a return or make only a partial refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of handling by you.
